Ryz Labs in Latam is seeking an AI Engineer who ships production AI systems and crafts agent-driven workflows. This is hands-on coding, not a management role, focusing on taste, quality, and strategic impact.

You will spin up parallel agents, test at scale, and build real-time dashboards and BI automation to support enrollment, curriculum, and operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Shipped production AI systems with agents and automation.
• Experience commanding agent fleets using Claude Code or Cursor.
• Hands-on coding; not a people management role.
• Able to operate in a startup, high-ambiguity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent-driven enrollment and parent communication pipelines at scale.
• Develop 10,000 simulated student tests to stress test content and locate gaps.
• Create real-time dashboards for leadership visibility on enrollment, progress, satisfaction, and operations.
• Develop AI-first workflows for guides, advisors, and staff to reduce admin burden.
• Integrate into Alpha’s broader AI ecosystem and tooling.
