Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong Hospitality and Vacation Rentals expertise to own the full-month end close, ensure GAAP compliance, and resolve complex discrepancies for high-growth clients.

You will review junior staff, manage trust/escrow dynamics, and perform revenue recognition and multi-property reconciliations, delivering accurate financial statements and variance analysis for leadership and clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/EA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years' experience in full-cycle close and financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-month-end close for Hospitality and Vacation Rentals accounts.
• Perform complex reconciliations, revenue recognition, and trust/escrow reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as technical accounting backstop.
• Prepare property- and portfolio-level financial statements and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Controllers and client stakeholders on accounting insights.
