Job summary

Stay'd is seeking a Senior Accountant for a remote LATAM position. You will lead the cleanup of multiple brands’ books to QoE-ready status, standardize charts of accounts, and produce monthly financials that pass investor diligence.

You will reconcile all accounts and prepare P&Ls and balance sheets by brand and consolidated, ensuring accurate data for migration into NetSuite. Requires 4+ years in accounting, strong English, and ET overlap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience with cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping.
• Strong bank reconciliations and month-end close experience.
• Experience with trust/escrow accounting in property management/real estate.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel; NetSuite a plus.
• Comfort working across multiple entities; strong written English; ET overlap.
• CPA progress toward licensure is a plus; QoE/audit support experience is welcome.
• NetSuite multi-subsidiary data migrations familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean up each brand's historical books to QoE-ready state.
• Reconcile operating, payroll and credit card accounts monthly.
• Prepare consolidated monthly P&Ls and balance sheets with workpapers.
• Map chart of accounts to Stay'd standard and align policies.
• Support QoE reviews, audits or due diligence when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
