Stay'd is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the cleanup of multiple brand books as they join our shared-services accounting team. You will standardize the chart of accounts, reconcile bank and trust accounts, and produce QoE-ready monthly financials for consolidation.

In 30–90 days you will assess brands, create cleanup plans, and drive toward a QoE-ready close. This remote LATAM role requires overlap with U.S. Eastern Time and ongoing accuracy across entities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping.
• Strong command of bank reconciliations and month-end close; experience with trust/escrow accounting is a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel; comfort with multiple entities.

Aufgaben

• Clean up historical books (trailing 24–36 months) to QoE-ready status.
• Prepare clean monthly P&Ls and balance sheets by brand and consolidated.
• Perform three-way reconciliations of owner trust and guest deposits; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure trust accounting meets state real estate and vacation rental rules.
