EY in Buenos Aires is seeking a Project Manager - Supervising Associate with SAP SuccessFactors expertise to lead implementation and data integration projects. You will plan, execute, and monitor, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's in Business or IT, knowledge of project management methodologies, and strong communication skills. PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors and data integration projects.
• Gather requirements, define timelines, and establish deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedules, milestones, and resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, assumptions, and issues with stakeholders.
• Provide insights using SAP SuccessFactors to optimize platform utilization.
• Oversee data mapping, transformation, and validation for data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and improve data flow.
• Maintain project documentation: plans, processes, and integration specs.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and align with project goals.
• Capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
• Manage the overall project budget and monitor actuals and forecasts.
