EY Global Delivery Services in Argentina is seeking an Application Engineer Team Lead to oversee SAP BTP applications, including Neo/CF environments, and to lead a team delivering Employee Central projects. You will coordinate discovery through deployment, mentor consultants, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years in application services or client/supplier relationship management in a tech environment.
• 5+ years building application extensions in SAP BTP.
• Experience in a customer-service oriented professional services setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants through complex project lifecycles.
• Serve as primary contact for Employee Central projects from discovery to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Design Employee Central solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Configure Employee Central modules including org management, data, workflows and security.
