Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Buenos Aires is seeking a Project Manager – Supervising Associate with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration expertise to lead delivery across client initiatives.

You will coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and work with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure successful outcomes within agreed budgets and timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).
• 3 to 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion
• Identifies, documents, and manages project risks, assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions and workarounds
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities
• Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow
• Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals
• Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution
• Perform project financial management – Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures
