OpsArmy is hiring a Salesforce Admin/Developer based in Buenos Aires to scale our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce. You will design workflows, build reports, manage integrations, and lay the foundation of our Salesforce environment.

The role combines building and owning Salesforce data models, automations, and dashboards, with collaboration across Product, Data, and Engineering to scale GTM systems. This onsite position follows a 9-5 schedule in Argentina time.

Formación

• Strong Salesforce administration experience with reporting and dashboards.
• Experience building workflows and automations in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Custom Objects/Fields and data modeling in Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Process Builder and/or Flow.
• Experience managing CRM data and GTM workflows.
• Familiarity with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations.
• Develop reports and dashboards including segmentation and metrics like pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
• Support and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce such as Clay and AI-powered GTM tools.
• Create operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to scale GTM systems.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Argentina Time)

We're hiring a Salesforce Admin / Developer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina to help scale and strengthen our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce.

In this role, you'll be both a builder and systems owner, working at the intersection of Salesforce, CRM data, and GTM technology. You'll design workflows, build reports, manage integrations, and help create the foundation of our Salesforce environment from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, custom objects, fields, and automations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including:
  • Enterprise vs. Mid-Market segmentation
  • Deal size by representative
  • Pipeline velocity
  • Conversion metrics
• Support and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce, including:
  • Clay (data enrichment and workflow automation)
  • AI-powered GTM tools
• Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale GTM systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Basic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL).
• Data analytics experience.
• Experience with Hex or other BI/dashboarding tools.
• GTM Engineering experience.
