OpsArmy in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Salesforce Admin / Developer to build the foundation of our Salesforce ecosystem. This onsite role focuses on implementing reporting, automation, and CRM data workflows as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce.

You'll collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to scale GTM systems, manage integrations (HubSpot–Salesforce, Clay), and develop operational dashboards for revenue leadership.

• Strong Salesforce administration experience including reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and custom fields/objects.
• Experience managing CRM data and GTM workflows.
• Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.
• Experience using Clay or other data enrichment tools.
• Comfortable working with modern AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, custom objects, fields, and automations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards (segmentation, deal size, velocity, metrics).
• Support and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce (Clay, AI GTM tools).
• Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale GTM systems.

Onsite Salesforce Admin / Developer – Buenos Aires, Argentina

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Argentina Time)

We're hiring a Salesforce Admin / Developer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina to help scale and strengthen our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce.

In this role, you'll be both a builder and systems owner, working at the intersection of Salesforce, CRM data, and GTM technology. You'll design workflows, build reports, manage integrations, and help create the foundation of our Salesforce environment from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, custom objects, fields, and automations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including:
  • Enterprise vs. Mid-Market segmentation
  • Deal size by representative
  • Pipeline velocity
  • Conversion metrics
• Support and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce, including:
  • Clay (data enrichment and workflow automation)
  • AI-powered GTM tools
• Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale GTM systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce administration experience, including:
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Workflow automation
  • Custom fields and objects
  • Process Builder and/or Flows
• Experience managing CRM data and GTM workflows.
• Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Clay or other data enrichment tools.
• Comfortable working with modern AI tools.
• Experience with systems that integrate with Salesforce.

Nice to Have

• Basic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL).
• Data analytics experience.
• Experience with Hex or other BI/dashboarding tools.
• GTM Engineering experience.
