Opsarmy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is hiring a Salesforce Admin/Developer to build and own our revenue tech stack as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce. The role blends administration, development, and systems ownership across Salesforce, CRM data, and GTM tooling.

The successful candidate will design workflows, build reports, manage integrations, and lay the groundwork for a scalable Salesforce environment from the ground up. Onsite role with standard hours in Argentina Time.

Formación

> Strong Salesforce administration experience, including reporting/dashboards, automation, and custom fields/objects.
> Familiarity with GTM workflows and data hygiene.
> Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce and other revenue tools.

Responsabilidades

> Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, custom objects, fields, and automations.
> Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including segmentation, deal size, and pipeline metrics.
> Support and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
> Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce (Clay, AI GTM tools).
> Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
> Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to scale GTM systems.
