OpsArmy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is hiring an onsite Salesforce Admin/Developer to help scale revenue infrastructure during the HubSpot-to-Salesforce migration. The role combines hands-on configuration with systems ownership across Salesforce, CRM data, and GTM technology.

Formación

• Strong Salesforce administration experience with reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with workflow automation and building custom fields/objects.
• Proven ability to manage CRM data and GTM workflows.
• Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with Clay or other data enrichment tools.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern GTM technology.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, custom objects, fields, and automations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including segmentation and metrics.
• Support and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce, including Clay and AI-powered GTM tools.
• Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale GTM systems.
