Opsarmy in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking an onsite Salesforce Admin/Developer to build and own our revenue CRM as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce. Based in Buenos Aires, this role blends hands-on configuration with system ownership to scale GTM workflows.

You will design and automate pipelines, dashboards, and reports, support integrations, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to establish a scalable Salesforce foundation for the business.

Formación

• Strong Salesforce administration experience with reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Experience managing CRM data and GTM workflows.
• Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for segmentation and metrics.
• Support and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Manage tools connected to Salesforce, including Clay and AI-powered GTM tools.
• Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to scale GTM systems.
