Inside Sales Representative role, fully remote for Latin America, is a full-time position with a 08:00 AM–05:00 PM EST schedule. Base pay is 1,000 USD per month plus uncapped commission per setup appointment. Independent contractor status applies.

Responsibilities include account reactivation, consultative selling of printing and signage solutions, warm handoffs to local reps, and meticulous tracking in Salesforce to drive revenue.

POSITION: Inside Sales Representative Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred) Schedule: Full-time, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST (05:00 AM – 02:00 PM PST / 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM PST based on business needs Compensation: 1000 USD/month + uncapped commission ($25 per setup appointment) Note: Independent contractor position

• Account Reactivation & Outreach: Work through the CRM to reach current and lapsed business accounts via phone and email, starting real conversations to win relationships back.
• Consultative Selling: Speak knowledgeably about ChromaGraphics' print and signage offerings, matching each customer's needs to the right solution without pressure or gimmicks.
• Warm Handoffs: Qualify customer opportunities, schedule follow-up Zoom or in-person meetings with local sales reps, and brief the rep prior to calls.
• Follow-Up & Tracking: Conduct email follow-ups to support calling efforts and maintain accurate logs, notes, and touchpoints in Salesforce.
