Sagan Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a remote role focused on Latin America. The position runs 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST as full-time and offers a base of 1,000 USD per month plus uncapped commissions per setup appointment. Independent contractor arrangement.

Responsibilities include reactivating and outreach to current and lapsed accounts, consultative selling, warm handoffs to local sales reps, and precise follow-up tracking in the CRM.

• Account Reactivation & Outreach: Reach current and lapsed accounts via phone and email to start conversations and win back relationships.
• Consultative Selling: Speak knowledgeably about ChromaGraphics' offerings, matching customer needs to the right solution without pressure.
• Warm Handoffs: Qualify opportunities, schedule follow-up Zoom or in-person meetings with local sales reps, and brief the rep prior to calls.
• Follow-Up & Tracking: Conduct email follow-ups to support calling efforts and maintain logs in Salesforce.

POSITION: Inside Sales Representative Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred) Schedule: Full-time, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST (05:00 AM – 02:00 PM PST / 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM PST based on business needs Compensation: 1000 USD/month + uncapped commission ($25 per setup appointment) Note: Independent contractor position

• Consultative Selling: Speak knowledgeably about ChromaGraphics' print and signage offerings, matching each customer's needs to the right solution without pressure or gimmicks.
• Warm Handoffs: Qualify customer opportunities, schedule follow-up Zoom or in-person meetings with local sales reps, and brief the rep prior to calls.
• Follow-Up & Tracking: Conduct email follow-ups to support calling efforts and maintain accurate logs, notes, and touchpoints in Salesforce.
