Job summary

Aleph is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enable our sales teams to scale revenue smartly. You will own revenue planning, pricing, and streamline tooling and processes across client partners for Twitch, Roblox and Admazing.

You’ll partner with the Partner Director and lead the Client Solutions team to optimize performance and reduce costs. We value a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, with strong AI and data tooling skills and fluency

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced tech company, preferably in digital advertising.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive change.
• Highly adaptable, able to multitask and shift priorities.
• Self-starter with ownership of multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and problem-solving minded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative attitude.
• AI & Automation: daily hands-on use of AI tools to automate workflows.
• Data & Tools: Excel/Google Sheets; Salesforce experience required.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly and annual planning; revenue planning and pricing.
• Weekly sales reporting and analysis: opportunities, pipeline health, weekly status.
• Reporting for upper management on delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, efficiency.
• Lead a team of CSMs.
• Implement processes and procedures to scale.
• Knowledge management: maintain and grow process documentation.
• Process automation and continuous improvement, leveraging AI tools.
• Liaison with partners’ sales operations teams.
• Liaison with finance teams; support at closing; revenue control with partner’s Sales Finance.
• Foster relationships with Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
