Energizer Holdings in Argentina/Chile is seeking a Sales Analyst to provide insights on sales performance (sell in/sell out) and to generate/analyze reports such as quotas, incentives, Nielsen, market and customer information for the cluster covering Argentina and Chile.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, 3 years of sales analytics experience, strong Excel skills, and professional English ability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales analytics/statistics.
• Professional English level (speaking and writing).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Medium level knowledge in Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with sell in/sell out and commercial concepts.
• Understanding of Sales processes, metrics and performance levels.
• Well-versed in analytical tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical business skills.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and analyze sellout data by customer (direct sales) and by route (Distributors), identify performance gaps / opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
• Interface with Finance & Controllership on managing Deflator and A&P budgets.
• Interfaces with Supply Chain on Demand Planning process.
• Support Annual Business Planning (ABP) at the cluster level.
• Prepare the entire SIP monthly and report it to HR for commission payments.
• Additionally, prepare SIP reports and training.
