• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Excel at in-store display planning with local market teams; select suppliers and manage production scheduling for store rollout.
• Design and optimize store visit mechanisms, SOPs, checklists, and reporting for systematic store management.
• Build promoter management system: sourcing promoter labor, SOPs, training, and daily performance supervision.
• Boost terminal sales through innovative initiatives and cross-path growth strategies.
