SDS (Cyprus) Limited is seeking an onboarding specialist to lead live client sessions and configure Connecteam to fit customers' workflows. You will configure schedules, forms, and policies, then migrate data from Excel/CSV while ensuring accuracy. The role emphasizes clear communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

You will advise on best practices, perform QA checks before go-live, and ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success as customers achieve steady platform usage.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or related areas.
• Native or near-native English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable steps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live onboarding and training sessions via Zoom/Meet.
• Configure and customize Connecteam to meet client needs.
• Build schedules, templates, and policies for customers.
• Import, migrate, and manage data using Excel/CSV.
• Perform QA checks to prevent go-live issues.
• Advise on best practices for adoption and usage.
• Document configurations and coordinate with teams for smooth handoffs.
