Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist for an accounting SaaS platform. You will lead live Zoom demos for trial users, guide customers through the platform, and answer questions to help drive a purchase decision.

The role combines sales, customer success, and product expertise. You’ll support existing customers, adapt to global time zones, and work fully remotely on a part-time schedule.

Formación

• Near-native English speaking and writing ability.
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
• Experience delivering live Zoom product demos and guiding customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live product demos for trial users via Zoom.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly.
• Support existing customers with setup questions and troubleshooting.
• Send personalized follow-ups after demos.
• Escalate technical issues when needed.
