Job summary

Proppel Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts, handling end-to-end campaign builds, launches, and optimizations from LATAM, with 100% remote work and flexible hours.

In the first 60–90 days you will structure scalable Meta setups, improve MER/ROAS, and establish a repeatable testing system with creative and analytics teams, while keeping tracking reliable. You’ll collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics to lift conversions and report

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce.
• Proven ecommerce performance with clear results.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend in one account.
• Strong fundamentals: audience strategy, creative testing, account structure, scaling methods.
• Clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing; make clear tradeoffs between volume vs efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages) and summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken (what changed, why, impact).
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion rate and post-click performance.
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs, attribution discussion).
