Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end from a remote LATAM location. This role is performance-focused, requiring daily in-platform work, clear explanations of actions taken, and demonstrated results.

You will build and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and develop testing roadmaps while coordinating with creative and analytics to improve conversions and attribution. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience.

• Experience managing monthly Meta budgets.
• Strong audience strategy and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing, balancing volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps.
• Analyze performance and report actions taken.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics.
• Ensure tracking reliability (Pixel, CAPI, GA4).
