Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. This performance role requires daily in-platform work, launching and optimizing campaigns, and clear communication of actions and results.

The ideal candidate will build scalable Meta account structures, improve MER/ROAS, and establish a repeatable testing system with creatives. Remote LATAM. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven Ecommerce performance experience with clear results.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend for a single account.
• Strong fundamentals in audience strategy, testing, structure, scaling, diagnostics.
• Clear English communication and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, DPA when relevant).
• Manage budgets and pacing; tradeoffs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps (creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages).
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken and impact.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics to improve conversions.
• Ensure tracking and reporting reliability (Pixel, CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs).
