Localizr Llc is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. You’ll run campaigns daily, optimize, report results, and clearly explain what you did and why.

This remote LATAM role emphasizes performance, with responsibilities including building scalable account structures, testing, measurement hygiene, and collaboration with creative and analytics to lift ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce campaigns.
• Proven experience managing monthly Meta budgets in one account.
• Strong audience strategy, testing, and performance diagnostic skills.
• Clear English communication and concise decision explanations.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, catalog/DPA).
• Manage budgets and pacing; tradeoffs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages) and summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken.
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion rate and post-click performance.
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs, attribution).
