Fever in Buenos Aires is seeking a Junior Project Manager to develop Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, source venues, negotiate contracts and ensure events meet financial and operational goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong partnership development and the ability to grow Fever’s live entertainment footprint across markets. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 1+ years in project management, operations, consulting, business development or partnerships.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities to build partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project planning skills.
• Resilient, results-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, launch and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution with regional lead.
• Lead venue sourcing, contracts and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Analyze performance, forecast and report on key metrics for events.
• Drive revenue growth through ticketing strategies and outreach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance.
• Scale successful experiences across cities and markets with replicable models.
