The role will oversee core people operations across multiple retail locations, partnering with leadership on hiring, employee relations, performance management, policies, and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding across retail, warehouse, and corporate roles; advising managers on employee relations and performance

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience within retail, hospitality, or multi-location environments.
• Knowledge of federal and New Mexico employment requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment and onboarding across retail, warehouse, and corporate positions.
• Advise managers on employee relations and performance matters.
• Maintain HR policies, records, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate benefits, leave administration, and employee programs.
