Keller Executive Search partners with a privately owned specialty food and gifting company to recruit a Finance Manager. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and management analysis to strengthen controls and drive growth.

You will work with senior leadership, manage monthly close, and support cost and margin analysis across product categories for strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in consumer products, food, retail, or distribution preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor cash flow, margins, expenses, and working capital.
• Support inventory and cost analysis across product categories.
• Maintain financial controls and reporting procedures.
• Provide financial insight for growth and investment decisions.
