The brand works with independent designers and craftspeople to sell distinctive jewelry, accessories, and collectible pieces to customers across the United States.

The position will lead online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and digital merchandising. The successful candidate will combine commercial thinking with a strong understanding of e-commerce performance and customer behavior.
