Responsabilidades

• Assign personnel to engagements based on skills, availability, and policy requirements.
• Monitor utilization and staffing levels; optimize workload distribution.
• Identify scheduling risks and take action to balance workloads.
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate with recruitment, talent, and visa teams.
• Communicate data and forecasting to leadership for strategic planning.
