AccelOne LLC is seeking a Sr Web Analyst for a remote role within a fast-growing marketing agency focused on education and nonprofit sectors. You will own web analytics, pixel deployment, and data collection from client sites, ensuring accurate measurement from click through CRM entry.

The role requires strong GTM, event configuration across platforms, and collaboration with paid media teams. You will build and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality across sources, and support dashboards

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or a comparable ETL platform (Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel)
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, managing modular, version-controlled SQL transformations
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and pipeline automation
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows in multi-client environments
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with growth orientation; education marketing experience valued

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture—connect and maintain API pipelines into Adverity and build custom Python connectors.
• Own CRM integration—maintain reliable CRM data connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse—manage Google BigQuery schemas, partitioning, and cost/performance strategies.
• Own transformation & mapping—build modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines with dbt/Dataform.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation—maintain GitHub Actions pipelines and multi-client data separation.
• Enable the reporting layer—create data views for Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports.
• Drive data quality—monitor pipelines, validate data, and troubleshoot discrepancies across layers.
