Avature is seeking a Performance Analyst to investigate how our multitenant SaaS platform behaves under real load. You will work with engineering, infrastructure and support to identify slowdowns, capacity issues and production degradations, and to propose data-driven solutions.

You will build models, analyze logs and metrics, automate analyses, maintain dashboards, and validate changes with performance tests before go-live, all in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment that values

Formación

• You have a STEM background or practical equivalent.
• You are comfortable with statistics: distributions, percentiles, variance, correlation.
• You can read code and understand call paths.

Responsabilidades

• Build a working model of the platform and its interactions under load.
• Investigate performance end to end from dashboards to infrastructure.
• Turn observations into evidence using stats to separate signal from noise.
• Automate analyses and maintain dashboards and tooling.
• Validate changes with performance tests in dedicated environments.
