AccelOne is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month, remote LATAM engagement. You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for web-based applications and integrated systems.

You will work with stakeholders, end users, and software teams to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows, ensuring alignment with API payloads and CRM integrations.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements for front-end/web apps.
• Strong experience with stakeholders, end users, and software teams.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, middleware, integrations, and system-to-system communication.
• Ability to read and define JSON payloads.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar PM platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional English communication with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Work with business stakeholders and end users to understand needs and translate into clear requirements.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for front-end and web apps.
• Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and business teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Understand system interactions involving front-end apps, APIs, middleware, and CRM platforms.
• Read, define, and help specify API request/response payloads and data structures.
• Support requirements for system integrations and data exchange between apps.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze current business processes and identify workflow improvements.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
• Clarify requirements during development, testing, and delivery.
