AccelOne is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month, full-time, remote engagement with a US-based client in real estate and property management. You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for web-based applications and integrated systems.

You will work with stakeholders, end users, and dev teams across the project lifecycle, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows while ensuring alignment with API, CRM, and data exchange

Formación

• 5+ years of BA or similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements for front-end/web apps.
• Strong stakeholder and end-user collaboration.
• Understanding REST APIs, middleware, and data payloads.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for web apps.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and docs.
• Work with developers, QA, product, and business teams throughout the lifecycle.

• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze current processes to identify workflow improvements.

• Clarify requirements throughout development, testing, and delivery.

About the Project

Our client is a U.S.-based company in the real estate and property management industry, currently investing in the continued evolution of its digital platforms and business systems.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team for a 3-month, full-time engagement.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and software development teams, helping translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for web-based applications and integrated systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong traditional Business Analysis skills with enough technical knowledge to understand web applications, APIs, middleware, integrations, and data payloads.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for front-end and web applications.
• Create clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, QA, product, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Understand system interactions involving front-end applications, APIs, middleware, and CRM platforms.
• Read, understand, and help define API request/response payloads and data structures.
• Support requirements related to system integrations and data exchange between applications.
• Participate in backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
• Support clarification of requirements throughout development, testing, and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience gathering requirements for front-end/web applications.
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders, end users, and software development teams.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, middleware, integrations, and system-to-system communication.
• Comfortable reading and defining payloads, such as JSON request/response structures.
• Experience working with CRM platforms is required.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar project management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional English communication skills, as the role requires interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders and end users.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Experience with CRM integrations and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Figma, Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients or distributed international teams.
• Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or related industries.
