Job summary

Huzzle.Com is seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. You will investigate and resolve escalated issues, review reconciliations, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

The role requires genuine technical accounting judgment, excellent English communication, and the ability to work remotely from Argentina with coverage to align with US business hours (ET).

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated and directly assigned accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, filing status and related questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email-style responses, and scheduled phone support.
• Independently identify root causes and coordinate with internal specialists when needed.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Adapt to new internal systems as clients transition away from Zendesk.
