Huzzle.Com is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to deliver specialized US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll support. This remote Argentina-based role requires strong technical accounting judgment and the ability to investigate complex issues.

You'll cover 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with overlapping US business hours, handling escalated tickets, and communicating findings clearly using Zendesk and email/phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in US accounting and taxation.
• Bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting and tax inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets.
• Review bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax notices, filings, and payroll questions.
• Explain complex topics to nontechnical customers.
