Overseas is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to own the US books, AP/AR, global payroll, and HR administration for a fast-moving AI-native platform. You’ll manage monthly accounting in Puzzle, vendor payments in Brex, invoicing in Chargebee, and payroll in Rippling, while supporting HR onboarding for US and international staff.

You’ll work remotely with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across jurisdictions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, AP/AR, or payroll, ideally supporting a US company.
• Full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Payroll processing experience, with Rippling experience strongly preferred.
• Professional English proficiency at C1 level or above, as you'll communicate directly with the founder and international employees.
• Experience with accounting and finance tools; familiarity with Puzzle, Chargebee, Brex, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a zero-error standard on payroll and financial records.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning multiple financial and HR workflows simultaneously without close oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own the US books in Puzzle, including transaction coding, monthly reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Keep financial records accurate, organized, and current, closing the books on schedule each month.
• Code and process vendor bills, and run weekly vendor payments to keep payables current.
• Manage receipt and expense compliance through Brex, including coding, policy enforcement, and reconciliation.
• Issue customer invoices through Chargebee, apply payments accurately, and follow up on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Maintain accurate receivables records and keep aging current.
• Process payroll for US and international employees in Rippling on schedule and without errors, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and flagging issues proactively.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll-related accruals and reporting.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access, documentation, and record keeping.
• Maintain current employee records across all systems, coordinate benefits administration, and support HR and payroll inquiries.
