Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Records Management or related field.
• At least four years of experience in a records management environment.
• Experience with Trial Master File (TMF) oversight across clinical studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in information management technologies.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer, imaging, scanning, retention, and disposition of project records.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate retrieval of records and prep of closed studies for transfer.
• Monitor filing accuracy and adherence to file plans and SOPs.
• Train staff on records management tasks and procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external clients.
• Lead records management projects and guide team members.
