Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Records Management Compliance professional to support TMF operations across multiple studies. The role involves processing and reviewing TMF documents, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with project teams to maintain regulatory alignment.

Candidates should have a life science background and up to 2 years of TMF experience, with strong skills in data handling, communication, and MS Word/Excel.

Formación

• Data collection, indexing and editing with standardized naming conventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple, highly detailed tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with electronic document repositories or eTMF.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfil the TMF Approver and/or TMF QC Reviewer roles per SOPs and practices.
• Process, review, and resolve rejected TMF documents across studies.
• Prepare periodic TMF Quality Control checklists for Project Team review.
• Perform periodic TMF QC to ensure regulatory and industry standards.
• Work with electronic TMF systems to review, classify and process documents.
