Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote role. You’ll handle full-cycle recruiting for technical profiles, from sourcing to offer management, with a strong focus on a superior candidate experience.

The role requires collaborating with Product and Engineering, attending intake meetings, building proactive sourcing strategies, screening candidates by phone and video, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong candidate-facing experience, end-to-end recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Attend intake meetings to define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Screen candidates via phone and video to assess fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages, and emails.
