Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote role. This position covers full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, outreach, and offer management, with emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate experience for technical profiles.

You will attend intake meetings to define strategies, build pipelines, and manage multiple high-priority requisitions, ensuring accurate documentation in ATS systems like Avature or Workday.

Formación

• 1 year minimum in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with end-to-end management.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.
