Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical profiles, including software engineers, with emphasis on delivering a superior candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to meet hiring needs. Strong English communication and detail-oriented administration are required.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with end-to-end management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems.
