Qualifications

• Willingness to respond to emergencies outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to US-based clients via phone and email.
• Offer Level 1 and Level 2 desktop/user support.
• Perform technical assessments as part of issue resolution.
• Make and receive phone calls to assist clients.
• Provide timely email follow-ups and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
