The Virtual Assistant will be the right hand of a US business owner or team, handling administrative and operational tasks to keep the business running. The role is full-time and 100% remote from your home country, working US business hours.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience as a virtual or administrative assistant.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Proactive, organized and reliable.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and online tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the inbox, calendar and appointments.
• Communicate with clients and vendors by email, phone and chat.
• Update CRMs, spreadsheets and databases.
• Research information and prepare reports.
• Support social media and marketing tasks.
• Organize files and documents.
