You will troubleshoot product issues, guide customers step-by-step, and document interactions while delivering high-quality support. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in technical support, strong English skills (C1), and a tech-savvy mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in technical customer support.
• English proficiency at C1 level for speaking and writing.
• Technical mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step.
• Identify whether issues relate to bulb, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration.
• Ask the right questions to understand and diagnose problems.
• Follow procedures while using good judgment when not covered by a standard process.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Provide a positive, patient, and professional customer experience.
• Manage multiple conversations with accuracy and quality.
