AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java/Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead technical direction, mentor juniors, and drive architecture toward domain-driven design and bounded contexts.

A strong emphasis on RESTful APIs, Kafka, and scalable backend systems will shape daily work. The role requires leadership experience, deep Java/Angular expertise, and an upper-intermediate level of English for collaboration with

Formación

• 6+ years in backend roles with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Proven leadership, squad mentoring, and delivery ownership.
• Hands-on Kafka, REST APIs, and OOAD/DDD fundamentals.
• Strong design patterns and domain-driven architecture knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Upper-intermediate English required for global collaboration.
