You will research audiences, craft outreach, and post roles to attract qualified candidates. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored and use a dedicated sourcing platform with AI to scale.

This part-time role (20–30 hrs/week) pays in USD as a contractor, offering hands-on learning and growth in lead generation and marketing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.

• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
