Toptal seeks a skilled Talent Coach to join the Talent Coaching team, coaching world-class engineers, designers, and other professionals across the globe. You will deliver one-on-one coaching and run live workshops to help talent perform at their best.

This remote role requires a customer-centric approach, superb communication, and the ability to assess talent needs, prioritize coaching requests, and measure impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in performance management, in-house coaching, or HR business partner roles.
• Customer-centric communication and exceptional video chat, Slack, and email etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing coaching support for talent with actionable advice on project management, communication, and professionalism.
• Work one-on-one to address and remediate performance issues with coaching and curated resources.
• Investigate past performance to determine status within the network.
• Review interview recordings to ensure compliance with platform rules and coach accordingly.
• Design and execute live webinars or group coaching sessions.
• Evaluate inbound coaching requests; prioritize and select appropriate coaching methods.
• Document coaching activities to measure impact and scale programs.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency of Talent Coaching.
