Advantage HQ, a tech-enabled growth firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to source, vet, and onboard top creative talent for ad campaigns, UGC production, design, and more.

You will build strong pipelines, conduct screening calls, and partner with Creative Leadership to align on goals. This is a 100% remote role, following EST business hours, with 20 vacation days and paid holidays.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Manager or creative recruitment.
• Proven success in identifying and hiring top creative talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on calls.
• Ability to assess soft skills, culture fit, and creative potential.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source and shortlist A-level creative talent (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.).
• Conduct screening calls to assess skill set, cultural fit, and communication capabilities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needs.
• Partner closely with Creative Leadership to identify talent gaps and hiring priorities.
• Have briefing calls with potential talent to clearly explain project deliverables, set expectations, and align on goals.
• Manage and optimize the full talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboarding.
• Use spreadsheets to organize and track talent pools.
• QC and QA of submitted content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on creative industry trends and talent standards.
• Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all potential candidates.
• Using platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, and other sourcing tools to find high-quality talent.
