Uproot Clean is seeking a hands-on Talent Sourcing professional focused 100% on active sourcing. You will identify and engage high-quality talent across functions and seniority levels using multiple channels and advanced search techniques.

Success requires high-output execution, strong judgment, persistence, and excellent communication in a fast-moving environment. This remote role offers autonomy and impact on growth.

Formación

• Must have 1+ year of full-time active sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Strong outbound recruiting and candidate outreach skills.
• Experience using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source candidates across multiple job boards, platforms, and sourcing channels.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify strong talent.
• Build pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Identify strong passive candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiting and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
