Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Recruiting Coordinator and Business Analyst to support recruiters across units, providing process guidance, documentation, and TA technology assistance for internal and external clients.

The role offers flexibility with remote work options and exposure to business process management within a global healthcare environment. You will partner with Operations and stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, and drive improvements in recruitment activities and event

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Visio, Smartsheet, Power Automate, PowerApps or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and process improvements.
• Interview stakeholders, document current-state challenges, and assess impacts.
• Plan requirements sessions; capture decisions, actions, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Elicit and document business, functional, and process requirements for recruitment events and direct client implementations.
• Create and maintain current/future state process maps and data flows.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for TA adoption.
• Assist in developing template materials for centralized or virtual event management.
