Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a recruiter to build and maintain a pipeline of pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will data mine across ATS and tools, pre-qualify candidates, coordinate interviews, generate leads, and perform reference checks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years in sourcing/recruitment, and strong skills with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 1+ years’ professional experience in sourcing/recruitment support.
• Expertise with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.
• Ability to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches.
• Dependable with a sense of urgency to achieve results.

Responsabilidades

• Data mine across ATS and recruitment tools to identify candidates for priority positions.
• Pre-qualify or re-qualify candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Generate leads and referrals during qualification process.
• Conduct candidate reference checks.
